Basement is a fully legal apartment with documentation supplied to you.  A unique feature is the very special third floor haven with fireplace, two balconies and marble bathroom.  An easy walk or subway ride to your job, or you can live your life at the Bloor cafes 60 metres away or the University of Toronto campus 300 metres away.  And both subway lines and the Spadina streetcar line through Chinatown and the Harbourfront are three blocks.  This is a great, friendly and accepting neighborhood.
