this newly finished never lived in renovation is a must see. From the roof down there was no expense spared . new 2/8 comb face fascia is wrapped in  custom seamless gutters and down spouts. new thermal windows with UV guard  by the  Vinyl Window Company . All exterior and interior doors and jambs are new with matching throughout brushed nickel levers and hinge stops. Newly laid hard wood floors through the upper living dining and hall areas with tiled bath and kitchen. The custom hand made maple fireplace is a beautiful feature centerpiece in the upper living area with cable and power above for a flat panel T.V.  Crown molding throughout the upper level and pot lighting in the living and hall areas, all lighting on the upper floor is on dimmer switches. The kitchen is every cooks dream, high end stainless appliances feature FRIDGE WITH CRUSHED AND CUBED ICE WITH WATER PURIFIER , DISHWASHER (VERY QUIET) COOKTOP STOVE WITH EXPANDABLE COOKING SURFACE AND CONVECTION OVEN, BUILT IN CONVECTION  MICROWAVE OVEN FRONT LOAD WASHER DRYER .
