Quiet corner lot in a fantastic location. You are minutes away from UWO, downtown, shopping, parks and paths. House looks twice as large once inside! Large kitchen/dining area with newer patio doors opening onto covered brick driveway, which makes a great big covered patio. Very green backyard with corner shed. All flooring and most windows replaced in the last few years. Energy efficient forced air gas furnace & central air approx. 6 years old. Basement is split into a finished family room on one side and laundry room/storage on the other. A full security system is also in place.
